2003.10.10 在美商会上作关于“有效HR技术”的演讲
This interesting event was organized by the American Chamber of Commerce Infocomm Committee. Gabor Nagy, Managing Director of HRO was an invited speaker to introduce the status of personality profiling in China. Please find the introduction to this event below:
Over the last 20 years technology has significantly impacted almost all aspects of the way we do business. In the early days MIS systems systematized the accounting department, then later on ERPs and MRPII introduced similar effects in production and logistics. One last holdout from this movement has been the HR department, in large part because of the belief that HR is "fuzzy" and cannot be truly measured.
Now, however, under the dual pressures to be more "strategic" and show measurable performance, HR departments are looking to technology to solve some of their basic problems.
If HR & Training are to get a seat on the board, it must choose between a multitude of differing systems and technologies.
But how to choose?
To answer this question, our speakers will present a variety of different technologies, new and old, that can be applied to HR challenges in China today. We will hear from people who have direct experience of implementing technology solutions in HR & Training departments, and the users they have worked for. The focus for all our speakers will be a practical one, specifically on the Return on Investment (ROI) that HR & Training related technologies can deliver to the corporate bottom line.
