2004.01.16 One Day HRO Workshop

This exciting event was organized by HRO with its associate partner "Join-Link Consulting". The main questions of this workshop were:

• How teams work?
• How does an individual fit into a team?
• How to compose good teams?

This seminar used experimental learning method with a lot of interaction and team work. The participants sufficiently experienced the relation between one's personality and how one is interacting with others in a team.

HRO also has introduced FiT In™ and it's use based on local case studies, and provided a simulation exercise - Lucky Egg, an exciting team game - to experience it "in action".
