This exciting event was organized by HRO with its associate partner "Talent Software". The topics of this workshop were:
- Recruitment Management Best Practice: - Demo and discussion
- FiT In™: a sophisticated Personality Test - Demo and discussion
- Behavioral Event Interview and LGD - Role play, exercise and discussion
This workshop was be highly interactive with a focus on exercises, experience and discussions. First participants saw how advanced companies in China manage their recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and were introduced to Talent, an ATS that is popular in China. Talent is available in Chinese/English and offers support for recruitment advertising, interview agenda, skills testing, job offers, candidate database and education confirmation. Then participants were guided through their own FiT In™ personality profile, and were discussing the use of FiT In™ based on questions and case studies.
The afternoon was be fully interactive: role play and simulation exercises and discussion to improve the techniques of Behavioral Event Interview and LGD (Leaderless Group Discussion).
