HRO with FiT In™ user ICA invited the HR managers of prominent companies operating around Shanghai to address the question of personality test use in their organizations. HRO introduced FiT In™ and it's use based on local case studies, and moderated an exciting dialog about the personality test needs of Chinese companies.
