2003.12.10. One Day HRO Workshop

This exciting event was organized by HRO with its associate partner "Join-Link Consulting". This workshop introduced the methodology for addressing the following crucial questions:

• Whom to hire?
• Who is ready for promotion?
• What is the competency level of the core people in the company?

This seminar introduced Assessment Center concept and methods, and FiT In™ with it's use as a part of an Assessment Center. The participants experienced LGD (Leaderless Group Discussion) exercise to explore the practical issues of a structured assessment process. Using FiT In™ online makes the assessment process faster and more accurate.
