HRO & Talent Software Announces Cooperation

Shanghai, China - Oct. 23, 2003-Talent Software, a China-based developer of recruitment software, and HRO, a provider of products and services for online psychometric profiling, have entered into an alliance that will integrate HRO's psychometric profiling system (FiT In™) into Talent Software's Applicant Tracking System.

"Version II of Talent includes a considerable number of integrated service from partner companies," said Frank Mulligan, Sales Director for Asia. "We are very excited to be working with HRO because their products and approach match the China market extremely well" Talent is a comprehensive solution to the challenge of identifying, screening and bringing on board new professional staff. It delivers support for Job Distribution, Automated Screening, Behavioral Interviewing, Reference Checking and Job Offer support. Talent is available in English/Chinese and can be accessed through a web browser using an ASP model.

FiT In™ (Five Trait Inventory) is an advanced occupational personality inventory, based on the "Big Five" personality theory and developed for job fit assessments. It delivers support for recruitment, succession planning, training and conflict management. FiT In™ is available in Chinese, English and German languages.
